1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government ties. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for a user. Public access to agency records is governed by applicable law, including the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77.

The content directs readers to the McIntosh County Sheriff, criminal courts, GBI/GCIC repository, and Georgia Sex Offender Registry, and may connect users with third-party research tools.

Georgia Sex Offender Registry data exists for public safety awareness.
